Inspectors Note: The average home inspection takes two to three hours depending on the overall size, while not a must, it is best if you could attend all or part of the inspection. This is an excellent time for questions and "hands on knowledge" as I inspect and operate the HVAC system, electrical breakers, gas fireplaces, appliances and the home's other mechanical components.

  • Our home inspection is designed to provide you with an entire overview of the homes interior and exterior from top to bottom, we encouraged to accompany us during most or all of the inspection.
  • Once the inspections are complete, the report is provided to you on-site with digital photos that details the inspection and findings.
