. Can my home fail an inspection?NO. This is not a code inspection, our job is to pre evaluate your home from the buyers prescriptive. We inspect and evaluate the major components and materials that make up the home with consideration given to age, design and overall structure. Homes do not pass or fail, should the home have a major defect we simply provide you with that information. Should the home inspection reveal items needing repair, this allows you the seller the necessary time to correct these items under your terms and typically at a fraction of the cost, as your able to either do it yourself or shop for the best estimates.
